Emerald MW3LT indicator

Lift car specs are shown in weight and maximum number of people authorized, with seven bright green segment displays. All this parameters are coming from the lift control board and are automatically transferred to the display.
The overload indication is shown by the blinking of the lift features limits (kg and people) simultaneously with the buzzer sound requesting warning. The “Hour: Minute” indication comes from the controller clock while the car temperature on a rank of –9...60 ºC is measured by the own display sensor. This information is given to the SmartLift MW lift control.
The DIP switch functions are the following: MODE selection (Car or Hall) and Shaft selection (0, 1, 2 and 3) for multiplex group systems.
When plugging the emergency battery to the J3 connector, if there’s a main power failure, emergency lights beside the display turn on.
The assembly is very simple, safe and nice looking. The front protector, which is 5 mm thick, and the display body are fixed together at the back of the front panel by 4 M4 bolts.
The MW7E terminal connector joins the cables CAN H and CAN L terminals to the prescribed end line resistor. Meanwhile a green LED is monitoring the 24V power supply presence.
